• Responsible for driving regional growth through the development and execution of a comprehensive regional marketing plan. • Manage promotional activities, product launches, events, and communications across various channels to market. • Define and execute the regional marketing strategy in close collaboration with the sales team. • Oversee and manage the regional marketing budget and P&L. • Track, measure, and analyze marketing performance (own and competitor’s) to identify insights and continuously optimize initiatives. • Develop and implement the regional product launch plans, working closely with the regional sales team, and other relevant stakeholders. • Plan and organize regional events to drive engagement and awareness such as trade shows, customer events, training sessions or partnership events. • Develop and oversee the execution of the regional PR and media plan. • Support internal and external sales teams in targeted marketing strategies to drive lead generation and prospect conversion.

• Collaborate with distributors and key accounts to develop and execute strategies that drive sales, brand awareness, and market share growth. • Actively engage with garages, workshops, and distributor branches to promote product sell-out, provide technical training, and address customer needs. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base in the garage and workshop segments. • Partner with the marketing team and distributors to execute localized campaigns, support new product launches, and represent the company at fairs and exhibitions. • Foster alignment between distributors, garages, and internal teams to achieve business goals, monitor market trends, and share actionable insights to refine strategies.
