• Install, Repair, Troubleshoot, Service and Calibrate high tech machines at customer locations. • Demonstrate customer service skills and knowledge with a high level of passion and dedication. • Demonstrate your ability to learn new skills on high tech CMM’s (Coordinate Measuring Machines) utilizing mechanical and electronic aptitude. • Perform necessary administrative paperwork in a complete and accurate manner. • Be Solutions-oriented with the ability to work independently in a high pressure, fast-paced and innovative environment. • Travel requirement is 100% within the United States and international travel as needed. • Other duties as required.

• Provide hands-on service and support at customer locations • Troubleshoot system issues and determine the best repair or maintenance solution • Replace components and perform complex repairs on advanced optical systems • Support customers remotely by phone/email and onsite when needed • Document service activities and provide feedback to improve quality and service processes • Help develop and test new service strategies and procedures • Deliver training and create technical documentation when required • Serve as the communication bridge between the customer, the local ZEISS team, management, and the factory team in Germany

• Installeren, inspecteren, onderhouden, repareren en inbedrijfstellen van actuatoren en bijbehorende systemen op locatie. • Voor het opsporen van storingen, repareren, testen en inbedrijfstellen van aandrijvingen in het veld. • Het wijzigen/upgraden van aandrijvingen in het veld. • Uitvoeren van inspecties en status controles van Rotork aandrijvingen. • Mechanische en soms elektrische installatie van aandrijvingen en bijbehorende retrofit aanpassingsonderdelen, montage flenzen en aandrijfassen uitvoeren in de werkplaats. • Dagelijks rapporten van locatiebezoeken van elke opdracht. • Uitvoeren van risicobeoordelingen en werkinstructies opstellen. • Af en toe een gedetailleerd kleponderzoek uitvoeren waarbij mechanische gegevens/afmetingen worden verzameld. • Verzorgen van nauwkeurige rapportages en onkostendeclaraties. • Geven van basistrainingen aan klanten indien nodig. • Signaleren van commerciële kansen bij klanten.
