Title: Advertising Account Manager (Fixed Term for 12 Months) Location: Sydney, Australia Job Description: Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company! As an Advertising Account Manager on the Enterprise Account Management team in our Sydney office (Barangaroo), you’ll play a vital role in working closely with Tier 1 brand & agency clients to deliver great results from Taboola Realize. This is a fixed-term contract covering parental leave, for 12 Months, with potential for permanent after this. You will be responsible for leading this relationship with a large, dynamic book of business and developing success with those advertisers. Hence, we are looking for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, has strong client-facing experience, and is ready to hit the ground running at an exciting, growing company. To thrive in this role, you'll need: - Minimum 3+ year’s experience in a client facing account management or sales role, working for a tech vendor, publisher, media owner or agency - Strong analytical skills – an interest in looking at data and analysing it to be able to improve results - Commercial acumen or experience and comfort in discussing budgets and strategies - Excellent time management and prioritisation skills (handle a minimum of 15-20 accounts) - A confident presenter with outstanding communication skills Bonus points if you have: - Knowledge and experience working with digital advertising platforms (e.g. DSPs, Google, Meta, etc) - Hands-on platform and/or campaign optimisation experience – campaign set-up, monitoring, performance optimisation, and reporting on campaign success - An understanding of the media agency landscape within Australia and New Zealand How you’ll make an impact: - Proactive Consultation – asking great questions, providing insights and recommendations, ensuring that clients are following best practice and maximising every opportunity to achieve success on the platform. - Analyse your book of business and identify opportunities for growth and improvement, upselling clients on new products/other tactics that drive outcomes. - Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic plans with key priority accounts - Campaign Launches – facilitating all technical requests to Ad Ops in order to launch a campaign successfully – implementation of conversion tracking codes, pixel/s, targeting, spending caps, pacing, etc. - Campaign Management – working with clients to help them hit their campaign goals, budgeting and scaling success. - Creative Management – getting the RSS feeds, tracking codes/tags, images and headlines from the client, and upselling to get more content and a/b testing. - Reporting – analysing and creating custom reports for clients where necessary Why Taboola?
