Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in healthcare sales, MedTech, or SaaS-enabled healthcare solutions
- Proven quota attainment ($1M+ annual targets) with consistent overperformance
- Experience selling complex solutions (service contracts, SaaS, or bundled offerings)
- Demonstrated success managing multi-year deal cycles and contract negotiations
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and executive-level conversations
- Preferred: Experience with healthcare technology platforms, imaging, or service-based models
- Experience working with ambulatory providers (ASC, physician groups, imaging centers)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

• Develop deep knowledge and understanding of customer and partner contracts, NiCE billing models, and competitive offerings to inform renewal strategy. • Maintain working knowledge of NiCE products and services. • Engage with partners and customers to understand renewal goals and ensure alignment with NiCE’s business objectives. • Prepare and analyze financial and contract data to support internal renewal planning and decision-making. • Collaborate internally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to drive retention and expansion outcomes. • Negotiate all facets of renewal contracts (terms, pricing, multi-year options) to achieve win/win outcomes and protect recurring revenue. • Create contractual documents, renewal quotes, presentations, emails, and Excel models for renewal and contract management activities. • Manage the quote-to-close process in CRM and CPQ tools. • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, track renewal pipeline, and provide regular status updates on retention and risk to leadership. • Track client retention and revenue performance using Salesforce and other data sources. • Identify renewal risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Own and manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, driving revenue growth through strategic expansion initiatives. • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual expansion revenue targets. • Identify and lead upsell, cross-sell, and license growth opportunities. • Convert Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQLs) into pipeline opportunities. • Manage pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and amendments. • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders. • Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to align Phocas solutions with customer business outcomes. • Deliver accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting for leadership visibility. • Collaborate closely with Customer Success to support adoption, risk identification, and renewal success. • Deliver tailored product demos and value-based pitches aligned to buyer pain points. • Stay informed on Phocas products, industry trends, and evolving customer needs.
