This role will report directly to the Manager, Workforce Optimization and Claims Operational Analytics. Role Description We are looking for someone who can manage moving pieces, create structure, hold people accountable, and keep operations running efficiently without constant oversight. You will be comfortable managing remote teams, coordinating vendors, improving systems, and ensuring execution across multiple properties and projects. This is not a passive admin role; we need someone who can think like a business operator and help scale a growing real estate platform.
