Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 5 years in health care, health system or consulting experience
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in health insurance, clinically integrated network or ACO arrangements at a leadership level comparable to Growth Manager position
  • Demonstrated experience in health care growth and/or business development
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience in entrepreneurial or start-up environments preferred
  • Strong proficiency in vendor management including experience with contracting processes and/or budgeting
