Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, or a similar role in a software or systems environment
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including design review, code review, testing, release management, and production support
  • Experience driving complex cross-functional technical programs across engineering, product, operations, analytics, and business teams
  • Experience with portfolio and organizational level changes.
  • Proven ability to build operating models, standards, and processes that improve engineering execution without adding unnecessary overhead
  • Strong experience with dependency management, risk management, launch readiness, and delivery planning for multi-team initiatives
  • Experience with incident management, on-call models, escalation frameworks, and post-incident review
  • Experience helping teams adopt AI-enabled workflows with clear guardrails around usage, quality, security, and operational consistency
  • Strong written communication skills, including technical documentation, runbooks, operating procedures, and executive-ready updates
  • Comfort working with Jira, Slack, and similar workflow systems to improve delivery visibility, governance, and coordination
