Qualifications - Sólida experiência com desenvolvimento e customização na plataforma ServiceNow; - Domínio na criação e manutenção de fluxos utilizando Flow Designer; - Experiência com integrações via APIs REST e SOAP; - Vivência no desenvolvimento de Script Includes; - Conhecimento em carga e tratamento de dados utilizando Import Set e Transform Maps; - Experiência com criação e customização de interfaces utilizando UI Builder; - Conhecimento em integrações e automações através do IntegrationHub; - Experiência em projetos de porte enterprise, com foco em governança e performance; - Capacidade de atuar em sustentação, troubleshooting e correção de incidentes na plataforma.
