Marketing Mix Program & Solution Director

Circana

Role Description As a member of the Solutions Design team within Solutions Delivery, you will apply your Marketing Mix expertise to manage regional and global programs, partner with Product to drive continuous improvement of Circana’s Marketing Mix solutions, and represent Solutions Delivery in complex, multi‑country pitches. You will also partner with Solutions Delivery teams to standardize and enhance Marketing Mix deliverables. Success in this role requires strong technical depth in Marketing Mix, proven client‑facing experience, and effective cross‑functional collaboration. Job Responsibilities - Manages regional and global Marketing Mix programs (multi-country Marketing Mix client) - Partners with clients to design and implement tailored delivery processes, governance frameworks, and reporting during program setup and ongoing maturity - Leads the design of best practices within Circana Delivery teams to support the standardization of deliverables globally - Accountable for ensuring consistency across all projects and adherence to client program guidelines - Provides guidance on complex or non‑standard scopes - Serves as the Solution Delivery escalation point, managing conflict resolution when required - Supports and participates in the local teams critical client presentations - Closely collaborates with Circana’s commercial counterpart (commercial client Mix lead) - Identifies major risks and recommends mitigation strategies - Represents Solution Delivery in regional and global and complex Marketing Mix pitches - Recommends approaches to RPF’s technical questions - Supports pricing structure (understands cost structures) - Translates technical Marketing Mix concepts for both expert and non-expert audiences - Liaises with commercial and Product (and data Science) to foster continuous improvement of deliverables for the Marketing Mix solutions and programs in a scalable manner - Identifies Marketing Mix capability gaps from the client perspective and recommends solutions, including driving new feature design and enhancements - Defines and proposes UAT criteria for newly developed features - Collaborates across Solutions Delivery teams to standardize processes and deliverables - Proposes and drives automation initiatives and the development of new deliverables - Proactively identifies opportunities to scale delivery and improve efficiency - Leads Proof of Concept Marketing Mix projects (e.g., new industries, new data, new approaches, etc.) - May need to perform or coordinate Meta analyses to develop regional/global learnings Qualifications - Experienced Marketing Mix professional with 10+ years of proven expertise - Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a related Science field - Fluency in verbal and written English - Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills - Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge (technical and insights related) of Marketing Mix with a problem-solving mindset - Assumes direct project management of high visibility/complexity projects on an as-needed basis - Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and strong team orientation Nice to have - Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit - Experience working in cross-functional environments - Familiarity with Circana's Media solutions portfolio would be considered an asset - Understanding of product ecosystem interactions - Knowledge of the Company’s processes in detail Circana Behaviors - Stay Curious: Being hungry to learn and grow, always asking the big questions. - Seek Clarity: Embracing complexity to create clarity and inspire action. - Own the Outcome: Being accountable for decisions and taking ownership of our choices. - Center on the Client: Relentlessly adding value for our customers. - Be a Challenger: Never complacent, always striving for continuous improvement. - Champion Inclusivity: Fostering trust in relationships engaging with empathy, respect, and integrity. - Commit to each other: Contributing to making Circana a great place to work for everyone.
