• Own the end-to-end Team Foundations product strategy, with multi-team identity as the primary pillar and password-sharing monetization and monthly licensing as adjacent growth levers. • Define how Dropbox should support complex external collaboration and multi-team workflows where work crosses company lines, involves contractors or clients, or requires one person to participate in multiple teams or products. • Turn technically complex identity, access, licensing, and account-model work into intuitive Core product flows for joining teams, switching contexts, managing access, adding collaborators, and understanding what changes when someone becomes a team member. • Design and ship foundational Core product experiences such as multi-team join/create flows, account and team switching, admin and member lifecycle paths, external collaborator upgrade paths, monthly license management, and progressive interventions for likely password-sharing accounts. • Partner deeply with engineering on authentication, RBAC, multi-tenancy, account/session state, permissions, billing, and data-model tradeoffs while staying accountable for customer clarity, product quality, and business impact. • Act as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, Growth, Identity/Auth Platform, Commerce/Billing, Sharing, Dash, Desktop, Mobile, PMM, Legal, Support, and Finance so the full system ships coherently rather than as disconnected surfaces. • Define and track the metrics that matter, represent the full workstream to senior leaders, and drive cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, Growth, Identity/Auth, Commerce/Billing, Sharing, Dash, Desktop, Mobile, PMM, Legal, Support, and Finance.

• Define and drive the multi-year roadmap for Workflows and Actions, covering both cloud-delivered SaaS and on-premises deployments. • Lead product definition for the agentic layer of PagerDuty’s automation platform — the Skills, Tools, and Connectors that enable AI agents to act autonomously in production environments. • Define the model for how autonomous SRE agents interact with automation primitives: invoking runbooks, triggering Actions, calling external APIs via Connectors, and escalating when confidence is low. • Work closely with engineering to define the trust, safety, and audit boundaries required before automation can act on behalf of an agent rather than a human. • Partner with AI/ML teams and external model providers to ensure PagerDuty’s agentic experience is differentiated by domain — leveraging deep SRE context rather than generic automation. • Own the customer-facing surface of agentic authorization — ensuring permissions, audit logs, and scoping controls are a natural and frictionless extension of current enterprise permissioning models. • Identify and close gaps in the current platform by synthesizing customer feedback, usage data, competitive signals, and engineering constraints into a coherent strategy.
