Role Description CreateFuture are looking for a collaborative and pragmatic Senior Product Manager to join our growing team and help us define and develop an exciting array of products over a variety of industries, technologies and domains. - Responsible for working with senior leadership, internal design and engineering teams, and clients to define and implement product strategies consistent with clients’ vision. - Engage in early stage research and market analysis through to development, delivery, and iteration. - Shape and lead client engagements across various industries. - Rapidly gain client trust and guide them toward valuable customer-focused outcomes. - Utilize deep understanding of product management methodologies and good practice. - Responsible for the wellbeing of a team of product managers, embedding good practice and coaching in client management techniques. Qualifications - Passionate about Product Management and keen to stay updated on emerging trends. - Recent relevant experience of leading product-focused engagements. - Knowledge and experience of Product Management frameworks for continuous discovery and delivery. - Strong focus on developing people at all career stages from junior to senior. - Experience in product research and collecting evidence to support value propositions. - Experience using data to drive decisions and steer product direction. - Previous experience in an agency/consultancy environment. - Knowledge of web and mobile technologies and practices. - Able to lead and facilitate discovery workshops with clients and communicate ideas effectively. - Comfortable with ambiguity and able to provide clarity in all situations. Requirements - Reporting into the Head of Product Operations and representing the team as it grows. - Leading a team of Product Managers and supporting recruitment. - Helping embed and support career progression pathways using the development framework for personal growth. - Providing support to the team through mentorship and coaching. - Acting as an escalation point for the team, helping to remove internal and external blockers. - Supporting resourcing of Product Managers on projects. - Identifying training and development needs. - Leading clients through their digital transformation journey, ensuring long-term relationships with key decision-makers. - Working with the team to improve, shape, and structure the Product Management ways of working.
