Role Description We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join our Voice PM group to drive roadmap and execution as we rapidly expand our telecom solutions globally. This high-impact role reports into a Director of Product Management and requires close collaboration with engineering, operations, regulatory and customer success teams. You will be responsible for guiding product direction, ensuring strong execution, and accelerating profitable growth in one of our most strategic product areas. Key Responsibilities - Own the direction, roadmap, and execution for Intermedia’s telecom solutions. - Contribute to, and lead, features within our wider Voice product roadmap feeding into our UC, CC and AI solutions. - Translate customer, partner, regulatory and carrier requirements into clear product initiatives with measurable business outcomes – optimizing across technical, operational and financial considerations. - Partner across functions with Engineering, Finance, Sales, Operations, Support and Regulatory teams to deliver operations-, partner- and customer-ready solutions. - Measure and drive improvement to KPIs addressing service quality, reliability, onboarding time, and profitability. - Act as subject-matter champion as we expand our world-class telecom network with senior managers. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, and identify opportunities to increase the quality, performance and efficiency of our network as it scales. - Continuously evaluate competitor UCaaS solutions, and identify opportunities to both stand apart with distinctive Voice capabilities, and to tackle emerging competitive pressures. Qualifications - 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years focused on business voice / UCaaS, telecom services. - Deep understanding of SIP, RTP, VoIP protocols, SBCs, telephony infrastructure. - Demonstrated track record of driving end-to-end product lifecycle for mission-critical platforms. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in regulatory, operational and financial data. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. - High attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. - Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience. About The Role: You will join a team with the leading provider of B2B cloud services for small to medium-sized businesses. Intermedia’s Cloud based offerings include UCaaS (voice and contact center), Office in the Cloud®, Hosted Exchange, O365 Product Suite, SecuriSync, and other services. You will be responsible for the management of, and growing, Intermedia’s existing customer base by upselling and cross selling our Cloud offerings. What you will be doing: - Support and manage an identified book of business for Intermedia’s hosted solutions. - Create and develop a quarterly business review to identify opportunities on the account level that supports Intermedia’s product goals. - Research and detect upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your named account list. - Prevent accounts from churn through effective account management, and problem solving. - Prioritize work to achieve/exceed quota. - Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations as needed. - Provide on-line demonstrations of Intermedia’s services. - Assist customers with request for platform migrations, and plan changes. - Provide technical information for Intermedia products and services. - Work with internal partners on cross-sell opportunities as needed. - Work cross-functionally with on-boarding team to ensure client account changes are successful. What you will bring to the role: - 3+ years of successful experience with B2B account management, solution selling and a bachelor’s degree or technical school graduate. - Ability to build and foster client relationships via the telephone. - History of meeting and achieving upsell and cross-sell sales goals managing SMB companies. - Value-based selling through ROI and high-value add to customers. - Experience/ aptitude /affinity for technology with an understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and software - Experience in identifying and building relationships at all levels within an organization. - Ability to work in highly dynamic, fast paced working environment where self-motivated individuals succeed. - Passion, drive, and the desire to be part of a growing team. - Solid oral and written communication skills merged with diligent follow-up habits. - Capacity to multi-task while focusing on each task with great detail. - Self-motivated, energetic, organized, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook. - Salesforce.com or other CRM use experience - Supported small and medium B2B customers with varied technical knowledge. - Strong analytic and MS Excel skills a plus - Familiar with Challenger Sales Methodology Bonus Skills: - Knowledge of UCaaS services, Microsoft products , mobility solutions, web hosting and other services offered by Intermedia preferred but not required. Role Description This role involves supporting the Channel Development Sales team as a Channel Development Representative (CDR) Intern. You will gain exposure to channel sales, account strategy, and partner engagement. - Strategically identify target partners through account mapping, industry research, and understanding how our value propositions will benefit our ideal partner profiles. - Proactively and consistently reach out to ideal MSP/VAR partner prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify partnership opportunities. - Clearly articulate Intermedia’s unique value propositions for Unite, Contact Center, and Intermedia’s differentiated reseller program. - Schedule discovery meetings with prospects and collaborate closely with Partner Development Reps to run discovery presentations. - Learn how to demo our Unite solution and collaborate with our Partner Development Reps to provide high-level demonstrations to prospects. - Register partners to sign up with Intermedia and continue to own them through onboarding, ensuring partners complete their certifications and are enabled to begin reselling. - Collaborate with our Partner Account Management and Channel Development Management teams, effectively coordinating smooth introductions and handoffs for Account Managers to build a pipeline with newly recruited partners. - Use Salesforce and sales enablement tools to track activity, manage outreach, and build prospect lists. - Share customer insights and feedback with Sales and Marketing teams. - Be responsible for meeting or exceeding activity and meeting-booking goals throughout the internship. Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree on pace to graduate in the Spring or Summer 26’, ideally in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Interest in sales, technology, SaaS, or cloud communications. - Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers via phone and email. - High energy, curiosity, coachability, and a strong work ethic. - Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. - Accountability to work from home in a dedicated, distraction-free workspace. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Previous sales, customer service, leadership, or campus involvement experience is a plus.
