• Liderar tecnicamente o time Android nas iniciativas relacionadas ao Onboarding Digital, assegurando qualidade, consistência e confiabilidade das entregas; • Atuar como referência técnica, apoiando o desenvolvimento do time por meio de mentorias, feedbacks contínuos, code reviews e direcionamentos técnicos; • Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com Produto, UX, QA, Arquitetura e demais stakeholders, equilibrando necessidades técnicas e de negócio; • Atuar no fluxo upstream das iniciativas, contribuindo com decisões técnicas alinhadas aos requisitos funcionais, não funcionais e ao valor de negócio; • Garantir o monitoramento contínuo, observabilidade, estabilidade e acompanhamento de métricas de saúde técnica do produto; • Participar da definição e evolução das soluções técnicas, contribuindo com desenhos arquiteturais low level (C3/C4) e alinhamento com definições high level; • Apoiar o fluxo operacional do time, removendo impedimentos técnicos e alinhando dependências entre equipes; • Atuar na análise técnica de causa raiz de incidentes críticos, conduzindo soluções estruturais e ações de melhoria contínua; • Contribuir ativamente nas discussões de roadmap técnico e evolução do ecossistema mobile da organização.

Job Requirements

  • Sólida experiência com Kotlin e desenvolvimento Android nativo;
  • Experiência com Jetpack Compose, Navigation, ViewModel, Coroutines e Flow;
  • Vivência com arquiteturas modernas como MVVM, Clean Architecture e modularização;
  • Domínio no desenvolvimento de soluções escaláveis, seguras, performáticas e de fácil manutenção;
  • Experiência no desenho de soluções técnicas e definição arquitetural para aplicações mobile;
  • Conhecimento em diagramas arquiteturais e modelagem de soluções em diferentes níveis de abstração (C3/C4);
  • Aplicação consistente de boas práticas de engenharia de software, incluindo Clean Code, Design Patterns, code review e padrões organizacionais;
  • Experiência com construção e integração de APIs REST, autenticação, versionamento e comunicação desacoplada;
  • Conhecimento em modelagem e integração com bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais;
  • Familiaridade com conceitos cloud native, conteinerização e integração contínua;
  • Vivência com pipelines de CI/CD, estratégias de deploy e automação de entregas;
  • Experiência com testes automatizados, análise de qualidade de código e telemetria de aplicações;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade, como Firebase, Crashlytics, logs, métricas e tracing;
  • Conhecimentos em segurança mobile, criptografia e boas práticas para aplicações críticas;
  • Capacidade de atuar em ambientes complexos, colaborando com diferentes stakeholders e equilibrando valor de negócio e sustentabilidade técnica da solução;
  • Perfil colaborativo, com habilidade de liderança técnica, comunicação e tomada de decisão.
