Pulsus

• Serve as a technical reference for Python solution development, ensuring sound software architecture and engineering practices • Design and implement scalable, robust, and resilient systems, ensuring high availability and application quality • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, QA, etc.) to align priorities and deliver value to customers • Participate in the full development lifecycle, from solution conception and implementation to production deployment • Contribute to the evolution of DevOps processes and tools (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and observability) • Conduct code reviews, mentor teammates, and promote a culture of quality and collaboration • Assist with maintaining and evolving parts of the legacy platform (Ruby on Rails)

• Develop and enhance Android applications using Kotlin, ensuring quality and performance. • Design scalable, modular solutions, applying architectural best practices (Clean Architecture, SOLID). • Implement and maintain dependency injection (Hilt, Dagger, or Koin). • Create and maintain unit tests to ensure delivery stability. • Investigate complex issues, propose creative solutions, and drive them to resolution. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and mobile automation. • Collaborate with iOS, Product, and Design teams to maintain technical alignment and consistent experiences across platforms. • Participate in technical discussions involving cross-platform decisions within the mobile ecosystem.

• Manage a low-touch portfolio, acting as a business consultant to ensure client retention and sustainable success. • Monitor and analyze key metrics (Net MRR Expansion, Churn, Coverage, and CSAT), translating metrics into predictive action plans to optimize base performance. • Develop and implement personalized success plans, ensuring customers achieve their business objectives and extract maximum value from the Pulsus platform. • Perform ongoing diagnostics to identify, negotiate, and convert expansion opportunities, driving revenue growth within the customer base. • Lead strategic renewal negotiations, balancing customer satisfaction with operational profitability. • Conduct continuous follow-ups (meetings, RTS, and RMS) online with customers to ensure their satisfaction; • Deliver training to enable customers to use our solutions and platform effectively; • Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams, ensuring an integrated and efficient experience; • Resolve complex issues, acting as a facilitator to find solutions; • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the CS area, proposing methodological innovations that raise operational efficiency and the quality of customer relationships.

• Automate test scenarios ensuring the release of simple, efficient, and secure code; • Assist in performing, maintaining, and improving manual tests (web and on devices); • Detect, document, and report bugs and failures in applications; • Participate in technical discussions regarding product requirements; • Collaborate with the development team using agile methods; • Work with the product team to help provide the best user experience; • Validate development team deliverables against business needs; • Document the tests performed and the results obtained.

• Gerenciar o fluxo de caixa, realizando projeções e análises de CAR, CAP e aplicações financeiras, garantindo a saúde financeira da organização; • Planejar e garantir o uso adequado do sistema Omie, contribuindo para a eficiência e automação dos processos financeiros; • Assegurar a conformidade com as regulações contábeis e fiscais, atuando em conjunto com o escritório contábil para validar fechamentos e manter a integridade dos dados. • Desenvolver estratégias de otimização e planejamento tributário, identificando oportunidades para redução de custos e mitigação de riscos; • Auxiliar na elaboração e controle do orçamento da Pulsus, assegurando alinhamento com as metas estratégicas da empresa; • Definir, acompanhar e analisar KPIs financeiros e indicadores de Unit Economics (como Fluxo de Caixa, MRR, CAC, entre outros) para subsidiar decisões estratégicas; • Elaborar análises financeiras ad hoc, proporcionando insights valiosos para a tomada de decisão; • Manter uma comunicação efetiva com escritórios de contabilidade e instituições bancárias, fortalecendo parcerias estratégicas; • Auditar as atividades de CAR e CAP; • Elevar a eficiência operacional do departamento financeiro através de identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, desenvolvimento de automatizações dos processos financeiros e o uso da IA.
