Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in software development and platform engineering
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering or cross-functional technical teams
- Strong technical expertise in .NET (C#) and distributed system architectures
- Experience building and operating applications in AWS cloud environments
- Strong understanding of system reliability, production support, incident management, and operational excellence
- Experience designing and supporting API-driven and integration-heavy systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Role Description isolved is transforming its 7M+ line HCM platform into modern microservices and is seeking two Engineering Managers to support this initiative. Each role will lead and support a team of senior, principal-level engineers, focusing on removing obstacles, maintaining delivery momentum, and fostering growth. This position blends people leadership, program coordination, and hands-on contribution, working closely with domain teams and reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering.
