Apheresis Ops Account Manager – Central Region, MN, WI, MI, IA, OH, KY, IL, IN, MO, OK, KS, AR, NE
Dendreon
• Manage Dendreon’s vendor apheresis collection accounts from site selection through on-going business management in designated region. • Build and maintain working relationships with apheresis collection accounts and internal business partners to successfully accomplish responsibilities. • Work cross functionally to ensure apheresis collection vendors meet business requirements, successfully complete all on-boarding activities, and are prepared to perform collections for Dendreon within required timelines. • Work with Legal and internal stakeholders to review and execute contract renewals and amendments. • Develop and execute strategies to track and improve vendor performance. • Provide Quality support by participating in deviation/change management activities and impact/investigation assessments with assigned apheresis collection accounts. • Monitor apheresis account capacity and negotiate with account leadership to implement/reduce collection capacity when directed. • Facilitate training workshops for apheresis collection accounts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business or life sciences
- Minimum two to four years’ experience working in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical or other relevant healthcare experience
- Vendor management experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively and produce high quality results in a fast-paced team environment
- Exceptional customer service orientation and proven success in a customer facing role
- Ability to build effective relationships within the company and with external partners, at all levels, from technical/clinical staff to executives
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Apheresis and/or Good Tissue Practices a plus

• Use effective industry skills and abilities to support our innovative transportation services • Exercise excellent customer service while identifying and properly escalating potential daily challenges or service deficiencies • Assist in managing the daily service of accounts in addition to recruiting, vetting and credentialing service providers (third party transportation companies) • Manage and oversee Field Operations to include, but not limited to, new client start-ups, client retention and development along with growing existing accounts • Responsible for the continuous improvement of a safe, efficient, and effective transportation system • Liaise between EverDriven and our clients while providing guidance, direction, and feedback • Maintain a safe and efficient environment for our passengers, contractors, and the non-riding public by managing regulatory and client policies and procedures • Monitor all local transportation to ensure performance in accordance with terms, conditions and specifications of EverDriven contracts with clients and providers • Develop and maintain open communication channels with project contractors, community officials, and agency staff • Cooperate with EverDriven departments to establish and maintain documentation regarding provider information, operations, as well as maintenance and safety inspections • Understand and follow safety rules established by regulatory bodies and client contracts • As a part of normal business operations, employees in this role may access and/or modify electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) in a manner compliant with requirements set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly pipeline and sales targets via account renewals and expansion • Collaborating with Customer Success to identify white space opportunities, while developing and confidently presenting account plans to our senior leadership. • Work with the Growth and Marketing teams to identify and prioritize the best accounts for growth. • Consistently build and deliver an accurate pipeline via CRM, including clear and concise notes. • Comfort in prospecting and asking for referrals in the existing Account base. • Help craft our sales playbooks.
