Role Description Serás la persona responsable de contactar y atraer clientes del segmento preferente a través de: - Llamadas telefónicas como principal y único medio de relación, logrando la promoción y asesoría efectiva de productos y servicios bancarios, con el objetivo de fidelizar una cartera de clientes BBVA ofreciendo atención personalizada de excelente calidad. Lo que harás: - Colocación de productos financieros: fondos de inversión, tarjetas de crédito, crédito al consumo, seguros, efectivo inmediato, crédito auto y crédito hipotecario. - Gestión de cartera de clientes. - Contactar, atraer y retener clientes preferentes a través de llamadas telefónicas con objetivo de fidelizar clientes con BBVA. - Perfilamiento y prospección para identificar qué productos financieros y servicios bancarios responden a las necesidades financieras de clientes. - Integrar y mantener actualizado el expediente de Clientes de la Banca Personal asignados a su cartera. - Gestionar de forma oportuna la recuperación de los créditos contratados por clientes. Qualifications - Licenciatura en áreas económico-administrativas (Título deseable). - Deseable experiencia como ejecutivo(a) de contact center outbound (con experiencia en ventas telefónicas). - Deseable experiencia como banquero(a) personal del sector financiero y prospección y cierre vía telefónica de cartera de clientes. Requirements - Buen manejo de equipo de cómputo e internet. - Manejo de herramientas y sistemas digitales (aplicaciones). - Buen manejo de paquetería Office, en especial de Excel u hojas de cálculo - Indicadores de ventas. - Servicios bancarios en general (Deseable). - Conocimiento de productos financieros (Deseable). - Manejo de objeciones para captar la atención e interés en la prospección para lograr el cierre de venta. - Conocimiento de indicadores operativos de contact center (Deseable). - Ventas telefónicas. • Own the architecture of the finance function. Mature the function by leading the migration from QuickBooks to the ERP of choice and by sharpening multi-entity consolidation, close processes, and internal controls. • Drive audit readiness. Bring the books to full GAAP rigour, document controls, implement defensible revenue recognition, and get the company to a point where it can confidently face an external audit. • Build the operating cadence that drive decisions. Bring discipline and structure to forecasting, budgeting, and headcount planning so they shape where the business invests. Create the KPI dashboard the leadership team and board can actually run on. • Lead and integrate the finance team.
