• Dig into research — understand who our best prospects are and why they'd care about us • Initiate outreach through email, phone, and professional networking platforms (yes, all three) • Ask smart questions to uncover real needs and determine genuine fit • Schedule introductory meetings for the Sales team with qualified prospects • Keep HubSpot (our CRM) clean, accurate, and up to date — yes, this matters • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to sharpen messaging and targeting • Follow defined processes to ensure a consistent, positive prospect experience — and push back when you have a better idea • Learn relentlessly — from coaching, from feedback, and from every single conversation
Job Requirements
- Must be able to work from home during core US business hours
- Must be located in the United States and be legally eligible to work for us.
- Must have the ability to fulfill the job requirements with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Experience using a CRM or sales engagement tools (Nice to Have)
- Background in outbound communication, customer support, or a similar role (Nice to Have)
