• Build and manage a structured outbound pipeline, consistently generating new leads and opportunities across multiple verticals and tiers. • Conduct high-volume prospecting via cold outreach, calls, emails, and social media to identify and qualify potential partners. • Own the first stages of the sales cycle, from initial contact to qualified handoff, with a relentless focus on pipeline growth. • Track all activity, leads, and pipeline status with discipline and accuracy, communicating key updates to leadership. • Collaborate with the broader partnerships and marketing team to align outreach with ongoing campaigns and priorities.
Job Requirements
- Spanish as a first language and fluent English.
- Strong outbound and prospecting instinct, with a proven ability to generate pipeline from scratch.
- High energy, determination, and an obsessive drive to open new doors and hit targets.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar outbound-focused role.
- Understanding of the social media and digital landscape is a plus but not mandatory.
- Structured, organised, and able to manage a high volume of simultaneous contacts.
- Availability to travel to Italy once a quarter or as needed (Genoa, Buddyfit HQ).

• Execute high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach to healthcare provider accounts (80-100+ touchpoints per day), including clinics, treatment programs, hospitals, and other referral sources • Qualify provider accounts based on clinical fit, patient population, referral intent, and Charlie Health program awareness • Build and maintain a tiered account database in Salesforce, tracking account status, outreach history, and readiness for field engagement • Deliver warm, well-documented lead handoffs to field-based outreach teams for accounts expressing referral interest or demonstrating strong clinical alignment • Participate in regular pipeline reviews with field teams, incorporating their on-the-ground feedback to sharpen targeting and outreach strategy • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Charlie Health's clinical model, program offerings, and target patient population in order to communicate value clearly to provider contacts • Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously refine outreach messaging, account prioritization criteria, and qualification standards
