• Lead the implementation of the Salesforce Service Cloud tool, a global initiative for our client. • Drive the discovery process, validate requirements with business teams, and obtain approvals from global stakeholders. • Maintain continuous interaction with multiple teams; documentation and communication in English. • Highly autonomous role; initial requirements and delivery teams will not be from CI&T.

Job Requirements

  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, including global teams and external vendors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage projects while aligning with executive stakeholders and tracking day-to-day delivery activities.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce implementations, especially Service Cloud.
  • Additional differentiator: Knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Familiarity with customer service processes.
