Job Description

Digital Content Data Analyst

The Home Depot

• Become the subject matter expert for assigned product category online • Responsible for category product data projects and status reporting SKU collection and maintenance • Measure ongoing effectiveness of programs against metric targets • Responsible for prioritizing projects, tasks to ensure deliverables and goals are met or exceeded • Coordinate integrated teams from one or more external agencies or functional organizations supporting managed initiatives • Troubleshoot and problem solve for ongoing operational needs as they arise • Ability to author clear, concise end user/training materials for processes

Job Requirements

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to identify and resolve data or execution issues
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify)
  • Strong Excel proficiency (e.g., data manipulation, large file management, error identification)
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
