Account Manager

Birdeye

• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly pipeline and sales targets via account renewals and expansion • Collaborating with Customer Success to identify white space opportunities, while developing and confidently presenting account plans to our senior leadership. • Work with the Growth and Marketing teams to identify and prioritize the best accounts for growth. • Consistently build and deliver an accurate pipeline via CRM, including clear and concise notes. • Comfort in prospecting and asking for referrals in the existing Account base. • Help craft our sales playbooks.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant account management experience
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales cycle experience
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Well organized with effective activity and time management skills
  • Understanding of strategic account planning and identifying white space opportunities
  • Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools like Outreach or SalesLoft
  • Be a team player, you enjoy getting your hands dirty when needed
  • You LOVE work as much as we do and can dedicate your life to this while it gets off the ground
