• Lead customer power architecture development, including power tree design, device selection, and system optimization. • Perform technical design reviews, root-cause analysis, and hands-on debug for complex analog and power-related issues. • Drive new product evaluations and competitive positioning for Renesas power and analog portfolio (PMICs, DC/DC, LDOs, battery management, signal chain). • Execute extensive hands-on lab work, including board bring-up, measurement, validation, and failure analysis. • Support system-level design integration, ensuring alignment between power, processor, and connectivity subsystems. • Provide direct technical guidance to customers to accelerate designs from concept to production revenue. • Deliver field feedback to product divisions, influencing roadmap, feature prioritization, and system solution gaps. • Develop and present customer trainings, technical seminars, and internal enablement content.

• Provide pre-sales customer support and training for SolarEdge products • Technical team contact in the geographic area for rooftop and ground-mount applications • Train at customer site including design and installation • Create and deliver product and technical training • Understand PV and energy storage modeling tools, such as PVSyst, Helioscope, Energy Tool Base • Ability to read and interpret schematics with a good understanding of high voltage and measurement equipment

The Field Liaison builds and maintains relationships as the single point of contact with the field teams for high-volume, key account manufacturers for an assigned territory. Provides SME support for complex patient / provider clinical and reimbursement issues. Represents UBC at manufacturer hosted conferences. Gathers, analyses and reports case trend data for Quarterly Business Reviews and other reports as required by the manufacturer and assigned by the manager. Builds strong relationships with field-based partners. Primary contacts are frequently individuals representing other departments and/or representing the manufacturer; work is in pursuit of or to provide information or data on matters of importance to the caller. Specific job duties: - Formulates processes and interprets reimbursement policies to resolve complex dispensing or referral issues and ensure a positive patient and physician experience. - Serves as SME on intricate cases to assigned prescriber offices, manufacturer representatives, health plans, and patients to ensure adequate measures are in place to avoid disruption in drug therapy and identify affordability options for patients. - Assists manufacturer field teams in implementation of program launch and ongoing therapy utilization through education and training materials that aid in processing referrals. - Provides Program Specific Processes (PSP) support and other special projects to enhance program workflows, reimbursement activities, and on-going utilization. - Gathers, analyses, and prepares data, including case trends, for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), FDA requirements, and other special projects and reports.
