EDI Analyst

Role Description We are looking for an EDI Analyst to manage and support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations with vendors and customers. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end EDI implementations, ensuring smooth data exchange processes, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong communication with vendors and internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple integrations simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Manage and support multiple ongoing EDI vendor integrations. - Configure, maintain, and monitor EDI connections including: - Invoices - Purchase Orders - Price Lists - Other transactional data exchanges - Coordinate and communicate regularly with vendors to ensure successful integrations. - Handle integration requests, setup processes, testing, and production deployment. - Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner. - Ensure customer requests are completed with high quality and within expected timelines. - Track integration progress and maintain accurate documentation. - Use internal tools such as HubSpot to manage workflows and follow processes. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and integration processes. - Identify risks or potential integration problems proactively. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following areas: - EDI - Billing operations - IT support - Technical operations - Systems integrations - Mandatory hands-on experience with EDI integrations/processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written communication and professional email skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Strong organizational and follow-up skills. - Experience working with vendors or external partners.
