• Own and execute top-of-funnel outreach, including identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospective customers • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and deal closure • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact pre and post-sale • Drive account growth through upselling, renewals, and expansion opportunities within existing customers • Conduct in-person customer visits and site walkthroughs to strengthen relationships and better understand customer needs • Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and design teams to align customer feedback with product development • Maintain a strong understanding of customer operations, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape • Represent FloVision with professionalism, authenticity, and credibility in all customer interactions

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, account management, or a combined AE/AD type role - ideally within a technical, industrial, or complex-solution context
  • Startup experience or comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments
  • Familiarity with or genuine curiosity about the food manufacturing, meat processing, or protein production industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - you build trust naturally, listen actively, and communicate with clarity
  • The confidence to lead a room and the self-awareness to know when to step back and ask questions
  • Coachable and genuinely open to feedback - you see every customer conversation as a chance to improve
