Inside Sales Representative – Part-time
Raya Diagnostics
• Cold calling & initial outreach: actively approaching clinics. • Lead qualification & appointment scheduling: assessing needs and arranging introductory meetings. • Follow-up & pipeline development: systematic follow-up and continuous growth of an active sales pipeline. • Working with lead lists & tools: utilizing automatically generated target account and contact lists. • CRM maintenance: documenting all activities in our CRM (HubSpot).
Job Requirements
- Some experience in sales, business development, inside sales, or headhunting/recruiting.
- Strong acquisition affinity and a “hunter” mindset.
- High self-motivation, structured and reliable working style.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and managing follow-ups.
- Confident, friendly, and target-oriented demeanor.
- Excellent written and spoken German; English skills are a plus but not required.
