Senior Account Executive

DLS Discovery, LLC

• Consistently achieve revenue goals • Target prospective lawyers at all levels in law firms, and corporate decision makers to develop new relationships and generate opportunities in assigned territory or account set • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to anticipate client needs and position our solutions effectively • Conduct outbound cold calls and emails • Represent KLDiscovery at industry trade shows • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, solution engineering, and customer success teams to ensure sales strategies support broader business objectives and consistently deliver outstanding client outcomes • Contribute as a collaborative team player by supporting cross-functional initiatives and doing what it takes to drive shared success

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of quota-carrying experience in new business development and consultative relationship-selling, with a proven history of success
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Exposure to Legal or eDiscovery industry preferred but not required
  • Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Persuasive communication and presentation experience
  • Deep sales and qualification process expertise (MEDDIC, ValueSelling, etc.)
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM system required
