The Business Development Director – Real Estate is a senior, market‑facing role responsible for originating new real estate business on a national basis across EisnerAmper’s full platform of professional services, including audit, tax, advisory, consulting, outsourcing, and real estate fund administration. This role is designed to drive sustained growth across the Real Estate practice by: - Developing new client relationships - Expanding EisnerAmper’s presence with priority real estate targets - Partnering closely with Real Estate leadership to shape and execute the firm’s go‑to‑market strategy The Real Estate Business Development Director operates across the full real estate lifecycle—often described internally as “Dirt to Cash”—serving owners, operators, developers, investors, funds, and platforms from acquisition and development through operations, financing, recapitalization, and exit. This position is intended for a seasoned real estate rainmaker with national credibility, deep industry relationships, and the ability to engage confidently with CFOs and C‑suite executives across the commercial real estate ecosystem.
