Job Description

People Operations Partner

vCluster Labs

• Automation & Systems Mastery: Own and optimize our HRIS, Rippling, to automate the manual heavy lifting of HR. You will focus on building AI automation and sophisticated workflows to ensure our people processes are as state-of-the-art as our software. • Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end processing of onboarding and offboarding, ensuring every team member has a “Wow” experience from day one to their last. • Benefits & Wellness: Partner with our providers (United Healthcare, Ameritas, etc.) to administer our comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans, ensuring our team is supported through every life stage. • Performance & Growth: Administer performance review cycles and employee engagement surveys. You will use data to track progress, inform decision-making, and create continuous feedback. • Disciplined Execution: Manage diverse People Ops tasks—from compliance and record-keeping to global offsite logistics—with a value over tasks mentality.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: You have 3+ years in People Operations or HR, ideally within a successful, high-growth startup where you played a pivotal role during a period of rapid scale.
  • Rippling Expertise: You have deep, hands-on experience with Rippling and a passion for leveraging its automation capabilities to reduce operational friction.
  • Cognitive Flexibility: You are an open-minded professional—willing to abandon prior assumptions when presented with data-driven evidence and viewing feedback as a gift.
  • Strategic Thinking: You don't just follow a process; you anticipate future trends and identify complex challenges with innovative solutions.

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive compensation package, including equity.
  • Platinum-Level Insurance: Health, dental, vision, and life Insurance, including plans for you and eligible dependents (benefits vary depending on country).
  • Flexible Working Schedule: You have a doctor’s appointment or need to head to the supermarket to get groceries at 2pm? We won’t have an issue with that. To us, results matter more than clocking in and out at the same time every day.
  • Workplace Flexibility: We’re very flexible about where you work. We know things can change in life and we’re happy to adjust the work environment for you along the way.
