Du verbindest kreatives Denken mit einem klaren Performance-Verständnis und nutzt Daten nicht nur zur Analyse, sondern vor allem, um auf bessere Ideen zu kommen. - Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Paid-Social-Creative-Strategie mit Fokus auf skalierbare Creatives entlang des gesamten Funnels (ToF, MoF, BoF). - Konzeption von hochkonvertierenden Direct-Response Ads; von Hooks und Skripten bis hin zu klaren Messaging- und Conversion-Logiken. - Entwicklung von starken Creative Territories, neuen Ad-Ideen und Launch-Narrativen für bestehende und neue Produkte. - Analyse von Performance-Daten und Creative-Insights, um Winning Creatives gezielt weiterzuentwickeln und neue Testing-Ansätze abzuleiten. - Entwicklung und Priorisierung verschiedener Ad-Formate wie UGC, Skits, Greenscreen, Social Proof oder Comparison Ads. - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Design, Content und Performance Marketing, um Ideen schnell in wirkungsvolle Creatives zu übersetzen. - Konzeption größerer Assets wie Shootings oder Hero Videos, immer mit klarem Fokus auf Performance und Skalierbarkeit.
