Reporting into the Global Field Marketing Programs Lead, this is a new role with a dotted line into the Director, Field Marketing APAC, and is responsible to both build and execute a marketing plan to drive demand for our local Indian market; execute marketing programs to target the offshore community of global enterprise accounts and the global outsourcer community based within India and support on the activation of global integrated marketing programs in field globally. You will work closely with sales, partners and SDRs supporting the region, and global field and partner marketing. You will be required to travel to execute field marketing activities throughout the region. Location - Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities cover both end user and partner marketing activities, and could include, but are not limited to: - Building and executing a field marketing plan for India to drive demand for the local business - Activating global marketing programs to build awareness and engagement within the outsourced/offshore developers market. - Execution of local events, including trade shows, third party events, Boomi proprietary events and local customer user groups as required - Managing marketing budget, measuring, tracking and reporting on activities executed. - On a project by project basis support with packaging of program content and materials to enable field marketing globally to activate the Global Integrated Marketing programs. Qualifications/Experience - Educated to degree level or similar with strong commercial skills and professional fluency in English, ideally should have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a US or European owned SaaS or Enterprise Software vendor. - An effective communicator with excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills. Must have experience working with cross-functional teams, and managing complex projects under tight deadlines. - A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas, new perspectives and a wealth of enthusiasm coupled with a diligent work ethic and excellent time management skills. Being a self starter, highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines is essential. - Experience with Marketing/Sales automation systems is required (Marketo/SFDC preferred) with strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel. - The candidate must be able to travel up to 25% of the time (Within India) #LI-NR1 Be Bold.
