Role Description We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Administrator to join our remote engineering and infrastructure team supporting enterprise clients across the USA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 administration, governance, security, and collaboration platforms. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing SharePoint environments while ensuring performance, compliance, security, and seamless collaboration across business units. Qualifications - 8+ years of hands-on experience as a SharePoint Administrator - Strong expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Administration - Experience with SharePoint migrations and tenant administration - Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation - Experience managing permissions, security groups, and governance policies - Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, and Power Platform - Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and compliance management - Familiarity with hybrid SharePoint environments is a plus - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment Requirements - Administer and maintain SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments - Configure and manage SharePoint sites, site collections, permissions, and workflows - Handle migration activities from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online - Monitor platform performance, security, availability, and storage management - Implement governance, compliance, backup, and retention policies - Support integration with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and other Microsoft services - Troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues and provide technical support to users - Manage user access control, authentication, and security best practices - Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures - Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and development teams for enterprise solutions Benefits - 100% Remote Opportunity within the USA - Opportunity to work with global enterprise clients - Long-term and stable projects - Flexible work environment - Competitive compensation package
