Senior Fund Administrator

• Assist with servicing a portfolio of funds and other structures • Liaise with fund manager clients, third parties, and other external advisors • Ensure smooth operation of the structure and that deadlines are met • Review NAVs in a timely manner and within agreed deadlines • Train and assist junior staff members • Ensure daily deadlines are met • Propose ideas to improve procedures • Liaise with investment managers, auditors & other service providers • Compilation of regulatory filings • Statutory reporting, where applicable • Assist the Team lead and Manager in other queries as required
Job Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in fund administration
- Strong understanding of NAV calculation processes, fund structures, and valuation principles
- Proven experience in reviewing NAV packs and ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Confident in acting as a key point of contact for clients and team, with strong relationship management skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
