• Deliver monthly financial reporting and variance analyses to provide visibility into business performance and key drivers. • Liaise with Accounting and cross-functional business partners to ensure accuracy of financial statements. • Support cost center reporting, and collaborate with cost center owners on budgeting and forecasting for General & Administrative expenses. • Define the product vision, problem space, and guiding principles for a new AI-native ERP focused on accounting and core financial workflows. • Translate accounting, finance, and operational realities into scalable product concepts, domain models, and system behavior. • Lead 0→1 product discovery and delivery—from concept validation through early customer adoption. • Identify and design AI-first workflows across accounting and finance (e.g., intelligent automation, anomaly detection, predictive insights, and AI-assisted close). • Partner with engineering and data teams to embed AI into the core of the product—not as features, but as foundational capabilities. • Personally leverage AI tools to accelerate market research, competitive analysis, product briefs, epics, stories, and prototyping. • Operate with a builder’s mindset—comfortable creating prototypes, exploring APIs, working with data, and validating ideas through hands-on experimentation. • Write clear, outcome-driven product briefs, epics, and user stories that align engineering, design, and stakeholders. • Make pragmatic trade-offs that balance accounting correctness, usability, scalability, and speed. • Engage directly with finance leaders, controllers, and operators in process manufacturing to deeply understand pain points and workflows. • Validate product direction through pilots, design partnerships, and early access programs. • Shape product-market fit by grounding decisions in real customer outcomes rather than legacy ERP conventions. • Work closely with Engineering, UX, Data, Strategy, and early GTM teams to move quickly and cohesively. • Communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to executives and peers. • Help establish modern product discovery and delivery practices appropriate for an early-stage, high-ambition platform.

• Engineer and lead the end-to-end lifecycle—analysis, prioritization, and technical implementation—of scalable process improvements within the Financial Systems ecosystem. • Architect and facilitate the seamless integration of new subsidiaries and business ventures. • Implement programmatic system configurations that balance complex business logic with rigorous automated compliance and regulatory standards. • Serve as a Lead Engineer, mentoring junior team members on configuration quality, system design patterns, and industry-standard technical best practices. • Forge high-impact partnerships with stakeholders to align technical system capabilities with long-term business strategy. • Manage the full deployment and maintenance lifecycle of 3rd party bundles and plugins. • Partner with Product Managers to evaluate the technical feasibility of backlog items. • Collaborate with the development team to architect and execute comprehensive testing frameworks (Unit, UAT, Regression) for all new system solutions. • Design and enforce system controls compliant with SOX requirements and IT General Controls (ITGC). • Lead technical engagements with third-party vendors and professional services. • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Corporate Financial Systems stack providing high-tier technical consulting to internal users. • Participate in product support rotation and incident response helping improve operational excellence. • Participate and lead design reviews and code reviews to ensure finance system architecture adheres to both functional and non-functional needs.
