• Liderar la evolución técnica de Mattilda Pay, desde la arquitectura hasta la implementación • Colaborar con el Product Owner para alinear prioridades técnicas con las necesidades del producto • Fortalecer los flujos de pagos, facturación y conciliación en México, Colombia y Ecuador • Impulsar la migración hacia arquitectura orientada a eventos y mejorar la consistencia de datos en el dominio de pagos • Establecer estándares técnicos y el nivel de calidad de código en el equipo

• Integrarse a un equipo de ingeniería enfocado en el desarrollo de plataformas cloud-native y sistemas distribuidos de alto impacto. • Liderar iniciativas complejas de ingeniería.

• Diseñar, desarrollar, probar y mantener funcionalidades en la plataforma Consumer • Trabajar en áreas frontend y backend del producto • Contribuir tanto en componentes legacy como en partes modernas del stack • Desarrollar con C#/.NET, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL y REST APIs • Colaborar con ingenieros senior y equipos scrum establecidos • Seguir estándares de código, convenciones de commits y buenas prácticas de ingeniería • Participar en code reviews, ceremonias ágiles y pipelines CI/CD • Apoyar iniciativas de modernización de una plataforma robusta y de larga trayectoria • Diagnosticar problemas, hacer debugging y contribuir a la estabilidad del producto • Usar herramientas de IA para mejorar eficiencia personal y del equipo.
