Job Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering complex, technical software products in or adjacent to the AEC industry at a senior or principal level
- Strong understanding of AEC workflows, including design, engineering coordination, or construction management processes
- Demonstrated ability to work across multi-functional teams, translating complex technical and domain requirements into a clear, prioritised product strategy
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving ambiguous problem spaces through to well-defined, executable product plans
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions in complex, fast-moving environments
- Hands-on experience with BIM authoring or coordination tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, or equivalent platforms
- Familiarity with construction technology, digital twins, or reality capture workflows
- Background in data interoperability, open standards (IFC, CDE, COBie), or cloud-based collaboration platforms
- Experience working with or within architecture, engineering, or construction firms
- A track record of building consensus across organisations and driving bold product visions from concept to delivery.
