Job Requirements
- >5 años de experiencia técnica en proyectos ServiceNow con fuerte orientación a arquitectura, desarrollo y calidad.
- Liderazgo técnico y referencia de arquitectura.
- Diseño de soluciones técnicas robustas y escalables.
- Buenas prácticas de desarrollo, integración y calidad.
- Coordinación efectiva con BPC, Engagement Manager y cliente técnico.
- Amplia experiencia en proyectos Agile e híbridos.
- Experiencia sólida en gestión y coordinación de equipos técnicos, actuando como responsable técnico.
- Experiencia en mejora continua de procesos del cliente.
- Participación en proyectos de implantación, evolución e integración ServiceNow en grandes clientes de sector público y privado.
- Trabajo habitual en proyecto de los siguientes ámbitos: ITSM, Discovery.
- Arquitectura ITOM end–to–end en ServiceNow.
- Diseño de CMDB como sistema corporativo, no aislado.
- Gestión de MID Servers (escala, seguridad, redundancia).
- Performance y escalabilidad de CMDB.
- Control de calidad de datos y reconciliación.
- Buenas prácticas de upgrade impactando ITOM.
- Capacidad de liderar y revisar trabajo de otros TCs y STCs.

This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located remotely within the continental U.S. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting and closing new midmarket business sales by targeting prospects and responding to inquiries from companies with workforce, field, project, or long-term travel needs.
