• Lead and support autism-friendly consultancy projects • Conduct environmental assessments and walkthroughs • Write clear, practical assessment reports and implementation plans • Deliver training and support resource development including sensory maps and visual stories • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders • Coordinate meetings, timelines and project communication • Support autism-friendly events and initiatives • Travel interstate as required

• Support autistic people and their families to build practical skills • Work alongside a team in various locations • Provide therapy as an Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, or Psychologist

• Supporting 3–4 participants per day in community settings • Working collaboratively with participants and their families/support networks • Building practical, functional skills that support everyday life • Developing strengths-based, person-centred support strategies • Working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

• Deliver evidence-informed, person-centred therapy • Support autistic individuals to build practical life skills • Work collaboratively with a supportive team • Partner with families, carers, and the wider community • Build your caseload gradually with strong supervision
