The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, help manage project timelines, and ensure campaigns are implemented efficiently and on schedule. Typical Functions - Assists with the coordination and tracking of marketing and communications projects, including maintaining project plans, timelines, and progress trackers. - Schedules meetings, prepares agendas, and records and distributes meeting notes and documentation. - Tracks and follows up on action items to support timely completion of projects. - Liaises with clients and members of the University Advancement - Communications team to gather updates and ensure alignment on deliverables. - Compiles and updates project-related information in collaboration tools (e.g., Teamwork) to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Assists with content upkeep, including maintaining resource accounts and supporting updates to online materials. - Assists with meetings, events, and project-related activities as required. - Compiles and maintains project documentation, data, and reports as needed. - Performs basic review and editing of communications materials and provides administrative support to communications initiatives. - The list of functions outlined above is representative and not a complete and detailed list of tasks which may be performed by an incumbent.
