• Responsible for preparation and filing of various tax returns • Process and reconcile tax related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment • Prepare Quarterly and annual Municipal tax returns • Prepare weekly FICA deposit report & check request • Prepare Quarterly FICA returns • Prepare semi-weekly FET deposits • Prepare and file Quarterly FET returns • Process wire transfer requests for tax payments • Kentucky Municipal Tax - PosiTax reconciliations • Process journal entries • Electronic filings of premium tax and assessments • Copying, Scanning & Filing of premium tax returns • Processing check request to CoreIntegrator • Process state income tax payments • Mailing and filing of state income tax returns • Prepare supporting documents for premium tax returns

• Participate in all phases of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance ERP (“D365”) project life cycle including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support. • Conduct client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully implement the ERP solution. • Capture these requirements in Business Scenario Documents/Functional Requirements Documents / User Stories per the requirements of the project. • Writing design documents for any customizations and reports for D365. • Ensure the design documents capture boundary conditions and include comprehensive test scenarios. • Configure D365 for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, Fixed Assets, Tax, Bank Management, Project Accounting and Financial Reporting. • Data mapping and import data into D365 using data entities. • Do field mapping between D365 and other integrating systems. • Perform testing including functional testing, integration testing and automated testing using the Regression suite automation test tool. • Conduct training for D365 and associated systems to clients. • Provide pre-go live and post go live support to clients. • Write 1-2 D365 functional blogs articles per year on the Unify Dots blog.

• Drive execution of multiple initiatives across the Finance transformation program • Build and maintain plans, milestones, dependencies, and reporting • Ensure alignment and connectivity across projects and workstreams • Track progress, risks, and outcomes, and proactively drive resolutions • Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) depending on project type • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis • Translate program objectives into clear, actionable communication • Define and execute communication and engagement plans • Support and mobilize local stakeholders and change champions • Monitor adoption, identify gaps, and intervene to improve outcomes • Partner with regional finance leaders (e.g., CFOs), SMEs, and operations teams • Provide clear, actionable updates to program leadership • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalation topics

• Oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance within a fast-paced remote environment • Build, maintain, and update weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts • Prepare and manage monthly P&L statements and financial reporting packages • Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial data entry • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable activities • Triage and manage the finance inbox, escalating issues when needed • Enter and organize invoices, bills, and payment records • Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations • Follow up with vendors regarding invoices, payment status, and discrepancies • Maintain and update weekly cash flow tracking reports • Assist with expense tracking and financial reporting • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payment processing • Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation • Support payroll preparation and related administrative finance tasks • Assist with ad-hoc finance and operations projects as needed
