Job Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. - Assess client’s needs to understand digital marketing requirements, address pain points, and demonstrate the value of SaaS solutions accordingly. - Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system. - Collaborate with teams cross functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Job Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with relevant professional experience. - Comfortable with prospecting and outbound cold calling in a scripted sales environment. - Strong phone presence and effective communicator who is comfortable pushing back to overcome objections. - Exceptional organizational skills and capable of handling high-volume client interactions efficiently. - Experience using virtual meeting tools, such as Google Meet & Zoom, to lead sales demonstrations. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Coachable, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about career growth in SaaS sales. Compensation & Benefits Compensation includes a base salary plus bonuses and uncapped commissions. On-target earnings can range from $70k to $200k+ annually, dependent on sales performance.
