Candidates must reside in the greater Vancouver–Portland metropolitan area. POSITION SUMMARY: This position will manage and lead the Audigy Bookkeeping Services (ABS) Team. The manager will develop strategy, ensure profitability, and create processes that provide exceptional and accurate deliverables along with the highest caliber of service to our member clients. This individual is responsible for serving as a subject matter expert and facilitator in the planning, development, and implementation of systems and processes that contribute to the growth of the bookkeeping department. The successful candidate will exemplify operational excellence by fostering a culture of cross-functional accountability, collaboration, and education, and by continually delivering on company and member expectations. The Manager of Bookkeeping Services will provide solutions and communicate effectively with key strategic partners, the bookkeeping team, its member clients and Audigy leadership.
