Role Description Our Implementations Teams are responsible for implementing the Employment Hero platform with our high-value customers, and our Project Managers are responsible for ensuring timely and successful implementations; including bespoke solutions based on the customers' needs within the Employment Hero platform. As a SaaS Implementations Project Manager, you will be the primary contact point for high value customers during implementations, which means you will be responsible for: - Project time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. - Working with Implementation Specialists from our HR and Payroll teams and with our off-shore Data Analysts to deliver great outcomes for our customers. Your key focus areas will be: - Managing multiple software implementation projects for our high value customers (20-30 projects). - Managing the customer’s journey from the completion of sale, to system go-live, and business as usual. - Leading the customer project by working with other project team members (Payroll & HR Consultants and Data Analysts) to ensure that tasks are completed to our high quality levels and in a timely manner. This will include the following: - Managing customer communications. - Ensuring that issues are swiftly resolved. - Effective and efficient utilisation of resources. - Executing project management fundamentals. - Ensuring the data in our business management systems (e.g. sales, support, project management, time tracking) is accurate and current. - Constantly reviewing and improving our delivery processes. Qualifications - 3+ years project managing the delivery of SaaS implementations to small and medium sized business customers. - 3+ years managing a portfolio of projects (up to 50 at any one time). - Project Management qualification is highly desirable. - Experience with HR and Payroll is highly desirable but not essential. - Process innovation and improvement experience. - High level of written and verbal communication including stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management. - Effective and efficient utilisation of resources. - Strong time management and schedule management skills. - Attention to detail with exceptional risk management skills.
