Role Description As a Control Room Operator, you're the backbone of our Wind Turbine Squad. Your mission is to monitor, equip on-site Technicians, troubleshoot issues remotely, and gather all necessary information to report back to our customers. - Monitor our wind turbines worldwide and escalate all important system alerts. - Assist and/or supervise service activities performed by colleagues and/or third parties. - Remotely troubleshoot alarms and warnings. - Communicate with customers, technicians, and Remote Technical Support to coordinate tasks. - Keep Service-related records up to date. - Conduct wind turbine performance analyses using our SCADA system. - Orchestrate seamless interactions with customers. - Bring expertise in work structures and efficiencies to navigate team growth.
