La posición participará activamente en el análisis técnico, desarrollo de componentes personalizados, automatización de procesos e integración de sistemas, colaborando bajo metodologías ágiles y aportando soluciones escalables alineadas a las necesidades del negocio. - Analizar, diseñar y desarrollar soluciones sobre la plataforma Salesforce, principalmente en Service Cloud. - Participar en el levantamiento y documentación de requerimientos funcionales y técnicos. - Desarrollar componentes personalizados utilizando Apex, Visualforce y Lightning Components. - Construir y dar mantenimiento a triggers, clases de prueba, reglas de validación y automatizaciones. - Implementar y dar soporte a flujos en Process Builder y optimizar configuraciones existentes. - Colaborar en integraciones mediante Web Services REST y SOAP. - Apoyar en la generación de reportes, exportaciones y documentos PDF desde Visualforce. - Ejecutar pruebas unitarias y apoyar en actividades de aseguramiento de calidad. - Trabajar bajo metodologías ágiles como SCRUM en colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios. - Participar en revisiones de código, mejoras continuas y optimización de procesos dentro de la plataforma. Qualifications - 2 a 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo Salesforce. - Experiencia trabajando con Salesforce Service Cloud. - Conocimientos sólidos en Force.com, Apex, SOQL, triggers, Visualforce y Lightning. - Experiencia básica/intermedia en Lightning Components y Aura. - Conocimiento en automatización y modelado de procesos en Salesforce. - Experiencia utilizando herramientas como Apex Data Loader y entornos de desarrollo. - Conocimiento en integración de servicios REST y SOAP. - Experiencia previa en desarrollo con Java o .NET (deseable). - Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles como SCRUM. - Capacidad analítica, trabajo en equipo y orientación a solución de problemas. - Habilidades de comunicación y colaboración con equipos técnicos y funcionales. - Certificaciones Salesforce (deseable, no indispensable). - Inglés intermedio (lectura técnica y conversación básica/intermedia). - Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma remota dentro de México.
