Sales Executive

• Drive new business growth across SMB and mid-market hosting providers, MSPs, and channel partners, managing opportunities from outreach through to close. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, resellers, and ecosystem partners to expand adoption and revenue generation. • Manage and grow distributor and channel partnerships, supporting partner enablement, pipeline development, and commercial execution. • Identify and engage prospective hosting and MSP partners within assigned territories and ecosystems. • Understand partner business models, customer environments, and operational needs to position appropriate commercial and technical solutions. • Support partner onboarding and early-stage account development in collaboration with Partner Success, Sales Engineering, and Technical teams. • Contribute to regional go-to-market initiatives and help expand Blackwall’s presence across relevant hosting, MSP, and infrastructure ecosystems. • Represent Blackwall during partner meetings, industry events, and commercial discussions with a professional and consultative approach. • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and apply a structured, data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and partner activity tracking.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in sales, channel sales, partner management, or business development.
  • Knowledge of the ANZ market.
  • Background in hosting, MSP, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or SaaS environments.
  • Understanding of partner-led and distributor-driven go-to-market models.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Professional English proficiency; additional regional languages are a plus.
