Senior Front-end Engineer
FCamara Consulting & Training
• Lead frontend architecture and define how features are built, tested, and deployed • Make key technical decisions around performance, rendering strategies, and API integration • Establish reusable patterns for components, state management, forms, and authentication • Monitor and debug production systems, ensuring reliability and security • Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews • Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, security, DevOps, QA, and product teams
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of front-end engineering experience
- Strong production experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, including rendering strategies (SSR, SSG) and routing
- Solid grasp of REST API integration, server-state management, and frontend performance optimization
- Experience defining testing strategies and reviewing test quality
- Familiarity with authentication flows (JWT, Azure) and secure development practices
- Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring tools (Azure, AWS)
- Ability to lead technical decisions and mentor engineers
- Fluency in English
- Nice to Have:
- Background in banking, fintech, or other regulated environments
- Experience with enterprise design systems, accessibility, or OWASP security practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD, micro-frontends, or compliance requirements in financial systems
- Fluency in Portuguese
