Job Requirements
- 3–5+ let prokazatelných zkušeností s end-to-end doručováním feature (od návrhu přes implementaci po produkci, bez předávání mezi FE a BE).
- Každodenní práce s agentic coding nástroji (Claude Code, Cursor a podobné). Včetně psaní AI context docs (CLAUDE.md, Cursor Rules) přímo v repozitáři. Ne „vyzkoušel jsem si to", opravdu aktivní denní použití.
- Hluboká znalost Next.js (App Router) a Reactu (Server components, streaming, optimalizace výkonu).
- Backend a SQL na slušné úrovni (principy autentizace/autorizace, návrh API, security best practices a PostgreSQL nebo jiné SQL – navrhování schémat, optimalizace dotazů, migrace).
- Produktové myšlení - neplníš jen zadání, ale umíš přijít i s dalším krokem na základě potřeby zákazníka. Dokážeš odhadnout business dopad změny.
- Dokážeš balancovat rychlost shippingu a kvalitu kódu.
- Čeština/slovenština native, angličtina B2+.
