As the contracted service provider you may receive different order types: • Assembly Only – (one man work) Arrive at the customer’s home and assemble the product on site. • Delivery and Assembly – (2 man team) Pick up from a local retailer, deliver to the customer’s home-assemble to manufacturer specifications. • Repair- (one man work) arrive at customer home and repair according to manufacturer instructions using manufacturer provided parts.

Role Description Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams. Key Responsibilities - Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization. - Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns. - Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness. - Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. - 4–7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations. - Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc). - Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills. - Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
