Role Description We're a remote-first marketing agency growing quickly and we need a Talent Acquisition Manager to own our entire hiring engine. You'll be the first full-time recruiter on the team, reporting directly to the founder, and your work will directly determine how fast we can grow. This is a high-ownership role. - Full-cycle recruiting for 8–12 roles per year across paid media, video editing, account management, sales, and operations - Sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Indeed, and niche agency communities - First-round screening calls and written candidate assessments - Interview loop coordination, reference checks, and offer logistics - Building and maintaining a bench of pre-qualified candidates - Tracking and reporting on time-to-fill, sourcing channel ROI, offer-accept rate, and 90-day retention Qualifications - 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a marketing agency, SaaS company, or remote-first business - A track record of filling roles in under 30 days - Strong written communication - async-first culture - Comfort owning both high-volume sourcing AND high-judgment screening - US-based with availability during 9am–5pm CT core hours Benefits - Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) - Training & Development - Work From Home - Flexible Schedule - Performance Bonus

Join our Team Ericsson is seeking a highly driven and commercially minded ASP Manager to lead vendor and partner management activities across Service Delivery and Network Rollout operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Approved Service Providers (ASPs) and Field Service Organizations (FSOs), ensuring optimal delivery capability, cost efficiency, operational governance, and compliance with Ericsson standards and customer requirements. Role Description The Senior Business Manager is responsible for the financial and commercial performance of a portfolio of operating renewable energy assets including wind, solar and battery energy storage projects. This role offers a rare opportunity to manage a renewable energy business end-to-end. - Direct responsibility for project-level P&L performance. - Oversee the full range of activities required to operate infrastructure assets successfully, including: - Financial management - Market participation - Contract administration - Operational oversight - Stakeholder management - Work closely with Operations, Finance, Legal and Development teams to ensure projects operate safely, compliantly and profitably. - Exposure to renewable energy markets, project finance, regulatory frameworks and long-term asset strategy. - Success requires both commercial judgment and strong attention to detail. - Manage 2–3 utility-scale wind or solar projects.
